French international to fly in for talks with United
French international has been allowed to fly from Euro 2016 to England to negotiate a potential move to Manchester United.
United seems the most likely destination for the French midfielder, who shares the same agent with Zlatan Ibrhimovic, Mino Raiola. Ibrahimovic completed a move to United himself at the end of last week.
Matuidi’s future in Paris is in doubt following a host of new arrivals at the Parc de Princes this summer.
New boss Unai Emery has already completed deals for Hatem Ben Arfa, Grzegorz Krychowiak and Thomas Meunier, leaving the midfielder’s place in the starting XI in doubt.
It’s thought Liverpool and Chelsea are also interested in the Frenchman’s signature, who has impressed for the home nation, France at Euro 2016.
United were linked with signing the midfielder in 2014, but he eventually turned down a move to the Premier League and signed a new deal with PSG.
