Manchester United target Lucas Moura has confirmed that he’s leaving PSG this month.

Manchester United target Lucas Moura has confirmed that he’ll leave Paris Saint Germain in the January transfer window.

Lucas, 25, has played just 72 minutes in the French Ligue 1 this season and was an unused substitute against Nantes on Sunday.

The Brazilian right-winger has talked of his desire to join the English Premier League and United manager Jose Mourinho is keen, while Tottenham are also keeping tabs on him.

The 25-year-old has confirmed he has multiple transfer offers on the table and he prefers a move to the Premier League. Lucas also recently turned down a chance to join Claude Ranieri’s Nantes recently.

Lucas told Le Parisien: “Do I have a chance to stay in Paris this winter? I do not believe so.

‘With what the coach said, it looks like the end of my story in Paris. I have proposals that I cannot talk about…‘I like English football a lot, it’s really one of the best championships in the world.”

The 25-year-old has made only five starts under manager Unai Emery this season

Lucas scored 12 goals and made five assists last season for PSG but with the arrivals of Mbappe and Neymar, Lucas has found himself on the bench this season.

Mourinho is an admirer and could look to take him Lucas away from his troubles at PSG with a loan move on the table. French football reporter Jonathan Johnsen has claimed Manchester United want to sign Lucas on loan.

While Lucas’ agent, Wagner Ribeiro, said in September, 2016: “Who called Lucas Moura there [to Real Madrid]? It wasn’t Florentino Perez who wanted Lucas Moura, it was Mourinho.

“Mourinho was and is passionate about Lucas Moura. So much so that now at Manchester he wants Lucas as well.”
