West Ham will be looking to return to winning ways after the draws against Watford and West Brom.
They welcome a Blues side that are very strong favourites to wrap up the Premier league title this season as they are 10 points clear at the summit.
Ex-Liverpool and England striker Owen has tipped Chelsea to win the match, with both team to score.
“It promises to be a Cup-tie atmosphere at the London Stadium with plenty of goals and incidents – but it is Champions-elect Chelsea to come out on top for me,” Owen wrote in his BetVictor column.
