- According to Express, reports in Denmark suggest Bendtner is closing in on a switch to southern Spain as Arsenal initiated talks after identifying Jesus Games as a target.
- According to BT.dk, Arsenal is preparing a £1.5m + Bendtner bid for the 28-year-old right-back.
- Malaga coach Bernd Schuster said: “An agreement with Bendtner has so far been impossible. For him, he wanted to continue on a very high salaray, where our focus has been more on getting him back to his top level.
