Alexis Sanchez had a move to Manchester City blocked on deadline day back in August as Arsenal failed to secure a replacement for him.
The 29-year-old was expected reunite with Pep Guardiola either this month or at the end of the season on a free transfer but will now play for José Mourinho instead.

Alexis, who will wear the iconic No.7 shirt, is believed to be earning £14m a year after tax at Old Trafford – or just under £300k-a-week. He also receives a £20m signing-on fee, with his agent banking £10m.
Mkhitaryan’s move in the opposite direction values the Armenian at £30m, roughly the amount United paid to Borussia Dortmund in 2016 and ends an unspectacular 18 months at the club.
