The midfielder had hopes of making Roy Hodgson’s squad
Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss this summer’s European Championships in France after suffering an injury.
The Gunners’ manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the 22-year old has injured his knee and will be out for around two months.
“We lost Oxlade-Chamberlain and he will be out for six to eight weeks I think,” said Wenger.
“There is no chance of the Euros for him. He will be back at the beginning of July.”
