Mino Raiola confirms midfielder could sign new deal

Premier League duo Chelsea and Manchester United have been left stunned with the news that Paul Pogba could sign a new deal at Juventus.

The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move away from The Old Lady in recent months, with the likes of Chelsea, United and FC Barcelona all interested in signing him.

However, according to his agent, Mino Raiola, he is settled at Juve and could even be tempted into signing a new deal at the club.

Pogba is worth just shy of ÂŁ80million, and although interest in him was high in the summer from elite European clubs, it looks like he is happy to stay with the Serie A champions.

Talking about his client, Raiola admitted that he feels happy in Italy and could even sign a new deal with the club.

Pogba Set for Juve Stay?

“Paul has really surprised me in a positive sense over the years. Now he is a real star,” Raiola told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“His best attribute is his serenity, which is how he overcame his critics from the early part of the season.

“He has a key role in the France squad. As for Juventus, I can only say that he wears the No.10 well despite some early season woes.

“Nothing has changed compared to a year ago. He has a great relationship with the club.

“Juve won’t accept anything less than €100million (ÂŁ79m) for his sale and I agree with that, though he is more than happy to remain with the Bianconeri.

“We are even ready to sign a new contract.”
