Reports claim Spaniard has already chosen Old Trafford

Pep Guardiola has already chosen to take over at Manchester United, according to reports.

The Spaniard is set to become a free agent at the end of the season after announcing his decision to leave Bayern Munich over the summer.

Guardiola then confirmed that he plans on moving to England in order to manage in the Premier League, and that has alerted a few of the big clubs.

United Role Wanted

Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and United have all been linked with trying to hire the former-Barcelona boss in recent years, but according to reports, he’s already chosen the Old Trafford hot-seat.

Reports in Spain have emerged claiming that Guardiola has already made his decision and already has his heart set on taking over at United, with current manager Louis van Gaal likely to lose his job after a poor campaign.

It was expected that Guardiola would end up at their rivals, City, but it now looks like it could be the red-half of Manchester for the Spaniard.

Planning Transfers

Not only is Guardiola wanting a move to United, he’s also planning transfers for them as well.

It’s reported that he’s preparing for David De Gea to leave over the summer, and he’s already highlighted potential replacements.

It’s believed Claudio Bravo from Barcelona is the man on Guardiola’s radar, and he could make a formal move for the Chilean should he get the United job and should De Gea leave.
