Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright has been very impressed with David Luiz’s performances for the Blues
And he has an opinion on the Brazilians position in Contes side.
Ian Wright thinks David Luiz should keep his place in Antonio Conte’s Chelsea starting line-up despite John Terry’s return from injury.
David has impressedin Contes 3-4-3 setup and seems to be settling in.
Chelsea have scored 11 goals and have kept four successive clean sheets in wins over Hull City, Leicester City, Manchester United and Southampton since that defeat at Arsenal.
After Blues skipper Terry picked up an ankle ligament injury in the 2-2 draw with Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium in September, Luiz made his second Chelsea debut in a 2-1 loss to Liverpool

Despite thats Arsenal striker Wright believes the Brazil International deserves to retain his spot in Conte’s side given the signing’s impressive performances alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill.
“David Luiz is orchestrating things really well. He is clearing things up,” Wright told reporters.
“He is able to see things as they’re happening because he’s in the middle. John Terry would be running onto them and he hasn’t got the pace any more. David Luiz is the perfect player to be playing that.
“We know David Luiz has faults. But if you’re protecting him, David Luiz looks like a world beater.”
