Belgian striker reportedly wants Chelsea return
Everton striker Romelu Lukaku will reject any approaches from Manchester United in this window and over the summer because one day he wants to return to Chelsea.
The Belgian international has been in red-hot form for Everton this season after completing his £28million permanent switch from Chelsea over the summer.
Lukaku spent two years away from Stamford Bridge on-loan, with stints at West Bromwich Albion and then Everton, and although he impressed during both loan spells, Chelsea still decided to sell him permanently to the Toffees.
Now the 22-year-old has a reported £50m price-tag on his head and is attracting interest from Manchester United, who are reportedly ready to make a formal bid at the end of the season.
Lukaku Wants Chelsea Return
However, Lukaku will reject a chance to join Old Trafford because it could damage his chances of one day playing for Chelsea once again.
According to reports, the striker feels he has unfinished business at Chelsea and would love to return one day to prove people he can make it at Stamford Bridge.
It’s also claimed that he would like to venture out of England one day, with a move to Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid his dream destinations.
