Fiorentina are reportedly interested in Chelsea outcast Baba Rahman for a loan move during the January transfer window.
Rahman spent the last season at Schalke, however, his long-term future still remains unresolved.
The defender has not kicked a ball for the Premier League champions so far this term.
The full-back isn’t in Antonio Conte’s current plans at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea expected to look at offers for Rahman during next month’s window.
Now, according to La Nazione, Fiorentina are looking at trying to sign the Chelsea outcast in a deal for the rest of the season.
While the Blues are keen to ship the defender out in January, they cannot guarantee that Fiorentina will have an option to sign him on a permanent contract next summer.
Rahman joined Chelsea from Augsburg in 2015 and has played only 23 times for the Blues since then.
