Liverpool are still pushing to capture Sevilla left-back Alberto Moreno, but are becoming increasingly frustrated.
Sevilla have held their stance on their player and have once again insisted that they will not let the Spaniard go for less than their asking price.
It has been reported that Liverpool have made mutiple bids to try and gain advancements in any deal, as they hope to sign Moreno before the start of the season.
But it appears Sevilla are yet to be satisfied with Liverpool’s best offer for the left-back.
‘There have been negotiations [for Moreno], eight or 10 days ago, but there has been no agreement and nor is there today,’ said club president Jose Castro.
‘If Liverpool’s offer is suitable he will leave. If not, he’ll stay and nothing will happen, absolutely nothing. We’ll be at ease.’
The Europa League champions are thought to want around £20m for the 22-year-old, but the Reds have yet to increase their best bid of £16m.
