Manchester United legend ready to take hands-on role
Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to make a return to Old Trafford with a hands-on role, but only on one condition – they give the top job to Ryan Giggs.
Current manager Louis van Gaal is under real pressure at Old Trafford following a string of poor results and below-par performances.
Van Gaal takes his side to Liverpool this afternoon and if he suffers yet another defeat, his job could become even more insecure and it’s been made worse for the Dutchman with the news that Sir Alex is considering a return.

According to reports, Ferguson will make a return at Old Trafford, but only if it’s to help out club-legend Giggs.
The Welshman is reportedly set to become the next manager at United, and if that does happen, the former-winger may seek help and advice from Ferguson.
It’s claimed Ferguson would be up for helping Giggs out, but he wouldn’t want to return to the dugout at all, so it’s believed he’ll have some say on the club and the decisions around the club, but he won’t be involved in the management side of things.
