£120k set to be Harry’s new wage
Tottenham are set to hand injured Harry Kane a huge new £120k per week contract.
The England international, 23, only signed a new five year and a half year contract worth £50,000 a week in February 2015.
Last season he won the Premier League’s Golden Boot after scoring 25 goals and Mauricio Pochettino has been busy extending deals of the club’s big name stars, including Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen, Kyle Walker and Danny Rose, and now Kane is set to be next on the list to extend his stay at White Hart Lane.
Erik Lamela and Jan Vertonghan are also set to be given new deals, but Kane is the priority for the club. He will sign a deal that will keep him at the club until 2021.
A deal for Kane who needs a second scan on an ankle injury was first muted in the summer and he will become the highest paid player in club history.
Bale was previously their best paid player, earning £80,000 a week before his world record move to Real Madrid in 2014.
