Norwich City are set to complete the signing of Steven Naismith from Everton.
The two clubs have reportedly agreed a fee, believed to be around £8.5million, and the Scot is set to undergo a medical in Norfolk later this week.
Naismith has scored 13-goals so far this season for Roberto Martinez‘s side, but due to the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Arouna Kone, he is struggling to get regular first-team football.
Due to his first-team status, Martinez has given the club the green light to sell the forward, and it’s now been agreed with Norwich that he will move to Carrow Road this month.
Norwich wanted to sign him over the summer, but the proposed deal fell through, leaving Naismith at Goodison Park.
Alex Neil has already been busy this month, selling Lewis Grabban back to AFC Bournemouth and also signing Ivo Pinto from Dinamo Zagreb.
