Sunderland are considering a £9.5m offer for Galatasary’s Portugal Under-21 star, Bruma, who is also being watched by Premier League giants; Manchester United and Chelsea.
Bruma’s agent revealed: “The club have received an offer from Genoa and a couple of other European clubs. Galatasary are not prepared to accept any of these bids. If a club wants to sign Bruma, they will have to pay the money upfront, not in installments”.
Bruma has fallen out of favour at the Turkish club under Cesare Prandelli, and is valued at £8m.
However, Guy Poyet’s side are prepared to spend an extra £1.5m in order to beat Premier League rivals to the signing of the starlet.
Scouts have been sent from both Chelsea and United, but Sunderland appear to be in the drivers seat due to willingness to spend more.
