Talisca has claimed he has no interest in leaving Benfica.
The 20-year old was gaining interest from both Arsenal and Chelsea despite only moving to the Portuguese side last summer.
However, he has so far played tremendously in Benfica and it has put a host of clubs on red alert and they are desperate to secure his signature as quickly as possible.
But that could prove to be a problem – Talisca has told newspaper A Bola he wants to stay in Benfica so he can continue to develop. He said:
“This is the right club for me to continue to develop. “Here the football is different to Brazil and a bit of adaptation is needed. I’m getting better every day.”
So for the time being at least, it looks as if the playmaker is staying in the Primeira Liga.
