Eight teams have scored 100+ goals in all competitions this season

With the football season almost over across Europe, eight teams have managed to break the 100 goals barrier with Premier League side Arsenal the latest to add their name to the list.

A 3-1 victory over Hull City last night saw The Gunners‘ tally jump from 97 goals in all competitions to 100, making them the eighth team to do so so far this season.

A brace from Alexis Sanchez and an Aaron Ramsey goal helped Arsenal join the illustrious club, but who are the other seven to be on the list?

Take a look below and find out which teams have scored 100+ this season.

8) Arsenal – 100 goals

As mentioned, Arsenal joined the list last night and have now scored 100 goals in all competitions. With four games left in the Premier League and an FA Cup final still to play, there is plenty of time for Arsene Wenger’s men to add more to their tally.

7) Wolfsburg – 100 goals

Despite a drop in recent weeks, Wolfsburg have had a superb season and have caught the eye of many football fans this season. Kevin De Bruyne has been in stunning form for the Bundesliga side, whilst Bas Dost has been scoring for fun.

6) Sevilla – 105 goals

The Europa League champions are 6th on the list with an impressive tally of 105 goals. Still in Europe and in with a chance of retaining their title, Sevilla could add plenty more goals to their tally. Lethal striker Carlos Bacca has been in top form yet again and has only been outscored in La Liga this season by Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Antoine Griezmann and Neymar.

5) Chelsea – 105 goals

‘Boring, Boring, Chelsea?’. Well they’ve scored the most goals in the Premier League and are the fifth highest scores in Europe. Their rampant start in the first-half of the season knocked up their tally, but the form of Diego Costa and Eden Hazard has helped them reach the 100+ club.

4) Paris Saint-Germain – 110 goals

The French champions are fourth on the list with 110 goals to their name in all competitions. With another Ligue 1 title on the horizon, it’s been yet another successful campaign for Laurent Blanc’s side and it’s mainly down to the trio of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi.

3) Bayern Munich – 117 goals

The German giants. The German champions. Champions League Semi-Finalists. Bayern Munich are doing what Bayern Munich do best. 117 goals in all competitions seals third place for them only behind the two La Liga giants. Arjen Robben, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller have all reached double figures in the Bundesliga for Pep Guardiola’s men.

2) Real Madrid – 147 goals

An incredible 30 goals ahead of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid certainly know where the back of the net is, but when you have Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema, can you really be surprised? The trio have been deadly for the European Champions so far this season and that’s also forgetting about the inclusion of James Rodriguez.

1) FC Barcelona – 157 goals

Ten goals ahead of their league rivals, Barcelona just love scoring goals. Neymar, Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi have all had stunning seasons and have between them notched up over 100 goals themselves. La Liga title in their hands, a Champions League Semi-Final and plenty of talent in their side make Barca one of the best sides in Europe yet again.

So there are your top-eight goalscoring sides all reaching 100+ in all competitions. These are the teams that you need to be watching if you like goals!
