Various reports suggest that Manchester United have finally made a breakthrough in signing Bayern Munich midfielder, Toni Kroos, in the summer.
Van Gaal has reportedly a £200 million transfer budget this upcoming window, and is determined to makes Toni Kroos become one of his first signings at the club.
United were in advanced stages with Kroos earlier in the season, but the sacking of Moyes broke down talks.
However, with Van Gaal the new manager at Manchester United, it is thought that talks have restarted, and United have the ‘principles of an agreement’ in place.
It is expected that the announcement of Kroos signing will not occur soon, but the player is expected to sign fully before the World Cup.
