Hammers back in for French forward
West Ham are thought to be reopening talks with Lyon for French striker Alexandre Lacazette.
It’s being claimed that the Hammers are now prepared to pay £30million for the striker, but he is also a Tottenham target. Newcastle also had a £20million offer for the striker turned down in January.
However, Spurs could have the advantage because it’s thought that Lacazette would prefer to sign for a club in the Champions League, something Tottenham have over West Ham. Having been relegated, Newcastle are now considered to be completely out of the race.
But Bilic is refusing to give up his chase for the coveted ace.
The east Londoners have also been linked with Liverpool’s Christian Benteke and Marseille star Michy Batshuayi.
Benteke has flopped since moving to Anfield from Aston Villa.
And the Belgium bruiser could be packing his bags again this summer.
Batshuayi is also a Spurs target .
It’s claimed Marseille are ready to sell for around £30m, but Batshuayi has been stalling to see whether other clubs will start circling during the Euros.
