Zaha takes swipe at United

Forgotten and eventually loaned to Cardiff, Wilfried Zaha has made his feelings for his parent club Manchester United very clear. Zaha has made a thinly-veiled barb at manager David Moyes by posting a picture on social-networking site Instagram critisizing the Scotsman. It showed a picture of Zaha alongside Cardiff manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer, smiling, with the caption underneath, ‘Nothing like someone who believes in you’.

Zaha has only made 2 substitute appearences in the Premier League for United since his ÂŁ15million move from Crystal Palace last year, and was loaned out to Cardiff in January this year. He helped Cardiff to a 2-1 win over Norwich on his debut, setting up Bellamy’s goal and scoring. The picture on Instagram was deleted by him after it sparked debate and then wrote on Twitter: ‘My last Instagram was in no way intended as a dig at my manager, I have nothing but respect for him’.

This comes on the same day that Mexico manager Miguel Herrara says that United striker Javier Hernandez also wants to have more time on the field at Old Trafford.

Speaking to Mexican press, Herrara said, “Hernandez is frustrated because the current manager is not giving him many minutes, but he is still commited. His goal ratio is very high, he has 30 for the national team and 58 in England- this is not in question.”
