Rolando Aarons is set to sign a new deal amid interest from top Premier League clubs
The Newcastle Chronicle has reported that despite links to Arsenal and Liverpool over the summer after contract talks were shelved, things have now changed and the 19 year old will now be staying at St James’ Park.
The reason for the contract talks breaking down last season was due to his agent wanting a contract for Aarons similar to a first-team player’s contract which the club were unwilling to offer.
Winger Rolando Aarons made his debut for Newcastle last season and scored his first senior goal in a 3-3 draw against Crystal Palace during August 2014.
