Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich wants to replace Jose Mourinho with Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola, if Mourinho leaves.

Despite a tough start to the season, Mourinho is certain that his  job is safe. After Saturday’s 2-0 against Aston Villa he received a vote of confidence from the Chelsea board.

But according to the German newspaper ‘Bild’, Abramovich will look to Guardiola if  Mourinho does end up leaving South London. The Russian businessman would be able to offer the former Barcelona boss a lucritive wage package if he moved to Stamford Bridge. Guardiola’s current deal at the Allianz Arena is over at the end of the season, meaning Chelsea wouldn’t have to pay any fee to Bayern.

The pair did not exactly see eye to eye during there time at Barcelona and Real Madrid, so if Pep did move to chelsea Jose wouldn’t be pleased.

Who is the speacial one?

When compared to each other Pep Guardiola looks like the better manager with a 74.8% win ratio compared to Jose’s 65.4%. However Jose has Managed nearly double the ammount of games. Head to head Pep has came out on top, winning 8 and drawing 5 of the 16 games between the pair.
