Serie A side monitoring Belgium’s role at Manchester United
AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
The Belgium international was a stand-out performer for The Red Devils last season, playing just behind the main-striker, but after recent arrivals at Old Trafford, his game-time could be severely damaged ahead of next season.
Wealth of Options
United announced Bastian Schweingsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin on the same day earlier this week, leaving Louis Van Gaal with a wealth of options in the midfield.
As well as the two new arrivals, United have Ander Herrera, Juan Mata, Michael Carrick and Daley Blind all vying for a midfield position.
Fellaini to Milan?
With Fellaini the one likely to miss out on first-team football, Italian side AC Milan could make a formal bid, according to reports in Italy.
New Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic has already signed five new faces for the San Siro outfit, and he could make Fellaini his sixth addition.
Italian media are claiming that a bid of around £10million may be accepted for the 27-year-old by the Premier League outfit.
