Chelsea are set to seal a key signing soon.
According to Sky Sports, Chelsea target Antonio Rudiger’s agent has arrived in London this morning to finalise the Germany international’s move to Stamford Bridge.
Blues boss Antonio Conte is said to be desperate to strengthen his defence after the release John Terry and selling Nathan Ake to Bournemouth in a £20million deal.
The Premier League champions have been linked with Juventus centre-half Leonardo Bonucci, Southampton’s Virgil van Dijk and Kostas Manolas of Roma.
But it’s Roma centre-back Rudiger who appears to be heading to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Meanwhile, Antonio Rudiger is enjoying the final moments of his post-season break by spending downtime in Los Angeles with a few of his victorious German team-mates.
