Manuel Pelligrini has revealed that Sergio Aguero will not feature in the game against Arsenal as he is not yet back to full fitness however Silva will be fit after an injury scare suffered at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Silva was thought to have suffered an ankle injury however his surgery plans were cancelled which makes Pellegrinis’ “most influential player” available against Arsenal – meanwhile Aguero and Nastasic are still on the sidelines.
“The team is exactly the same as last week with Aguero and Nastasic out. All the other players are fit. Aguero needs one more week. We will see next week how he improves from his injury.” Arsenals title challenge is virtually over after Arsene Wenger admitted defeat and City can go a massive 12 points clear of the North Londoners if they beat Arsenal and win their 2 games in hand.

City have been in dazzling form the last 5 games – 5 clean sheets and 4 comfortable wins meanwhile Arsenal have only won 2 of their last 5. But with Arsenal title hopes on a knife edge, this could be their opportunity to show the world that they are genuine title contenders.
