are set to announce the capture of Moreno with talks between all parties at an advanced stage.
Seville based Estadio Deportivo believe Liverpool are set to pay £16m – potentially rising to £18m – for Moreno and will hand him a five-year contract.
Liverpool delegates are expected to finalise negotiations today while Sevilla have already begun the mammoth task of finding Moreno’s replacement.
Chief executive Ian Ayre recently spent time in Spain tying up deals for Moreno and Atletico Madrid right-back Javier Manquillo.
The Anfield club have already splurged approximately £90m on six players this summer – Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Dejan Lovren, Emre Can, Lazar Markovic and Divock Origi.
And manager Brendan Rodgers has already hinted at more additions when he said on the club’s pre-season tour of the USA: “We still have some business to do.
“We have some positions that we want to fill so by the end of August we’ll have a strong squad to go forward with.”
