On-loan striker, Andy Carroll, is set to make a shock return to first team action for West Ham next week after making a speedy recovery from his hamstring injury he gained in his first game for the Hammers against Fulham.
The West Ham doctors are said to be surprised about how well Carroll has reacted to the treatment he has received on his hamstring and could make the shock return within two weeks. He was first ruled our for a minimum of six weeks, but this news will delight all West Ham fans.
Carroll’s new target is to know try and get fit for West Ham’s match against Sunderland in nine days time.
