Chelsea boss Antonio Conte believes keeping the intensity in his players high is the key to winning the Premier League title.
And as the Blues go into this weekend nine points clear at the top of the table with 14 games to go, Conte will take nothing for granted.
“I like to keep the right tension in my players. If I know that we are coming after a good win and relaxing, I try to avoid this.
“To work on our failures, sometimes to try to find the solution to increase the tension for the game and the training session.
“This is the plan to build a winning mentality. I find different way to do it. My experience as a footballer is very important to feel the moment, the changing room.
“There is the great concentration if I feel relaxed and find the right tension.
“Sometimes it can happen during the week, when the intensity is not high and I try to increase the tension and pay attention.
“On Saturday and Sunday we risk a lot if the tension is not there. It is important to always have this relationship with the players.”
