New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte could make Alexandre Pato’s transfer to the club permanent.

After making his debut against Aston Villa, and impressing his critics, Alexandre Pato could soon see himself as a regular starter for the Blues, as the Italian coach is keen to give the experienced Brazilian striker a chance in his first-team squad.

the 26 year old striker has so far only made 2 appearances for the London club after joining on loan from Brazilian club Corinthians, and has definitely impressed.

According to news outlet Daily Star, the former AC Milan forward has done enough to remind Conte of his potential, having shown glimpses of great talent throughout his career in the short time he has been with Chelsea.

As a potential move for Everton and superstar Romelu Lukaku is becoming more and more unlikely, Pato could be a very sensible move for Conte, as he has experience at the top tier of Italian football, and can definitely put a good shift in when needed. However, this will definitely be seen as a surprise deal.
