Spanish youngster plays for Real Betis
La Liga outfit Real Betis could face a fight to keep star prodigy Dani Ceballos this January, with interest mounting from the Premier League.
Both Arsenal and Liverpool have been impressed by the young midfielder, who caught the eye at this summer’s Under 19 Europeam Championships as Spain went on to win the competition.
Last Year of Contract
The 19 year-old only has 10-months remaining on his current contract, and if Betis can’t persuade him to commit his future to the club then they’d be likely to sell in January to avoid losing such a talent on a free transfer.
A buy-out clause of £7.5million would be enough to prize Ceballos away this winter, which would represent good value for a player who is dubbed as ‘the next Cesc Fabregas‘.
