Benfica striker Rodrigo has admitted that he doesn’t know where he will be playing his football next season, with Premier League duo Arsenal and Liverpool both interested.

The Brazilian-born striker has been on fire in Portugal this season, scoring 11 goals in the league, and four in the Europa League, including one at White Hart Lane during their 3-1 victory against Tottenham Hotspur.

Despite Liverpool’s fire-power up front already in Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez, Brendan Rodgers is keen to add another striker to the ranks just to deal with next season’s fixture list with Champions League football all-but guaranteed.

As for Arsene Wenger, he is desperate to add another striker to his squad so that he can rest Olivier Giroud a lot more.

Speaking in a recent interview, Rodrigo claimed that he doesn’t know where he will be playing next season.

He told ESPN Brasil: “I do not know what will happen next year. I really like Benfica. Of course there is interest in playing in other leagues, but playing at Benfica, the club that I like, would not be too bad either.”
