A number of Champions League clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are chasing the signature of Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos.
The Brazil international is under contract with the French giants until 2019 but he is ready to leave the club in the summer transfer window, claim the Express.
Marquinhos is out of favour in Laurent Blanc’s side and is unhappy with the amount of playing time he is receiving.
The 21-year-old was left angry after being left on the bench in PSG’s Champions League tie with Manchester City last week. He has made it public that he wants to consider his future come the end of the season.
As well as the host of Premier League clubs interested, FC Barcelona have been closely monitoring the defender and reports in Spain suggest a deal is already in place to be signed in summer.
However, other reports from Spanish news organisation Fichajes say the Brazilian’s future is still in doubt as there are rumours that he favours a move to England.
Speaking out about his undecided future last month, Marquinhos said: “My future is in Paris? At the moment, yes. But I can only speak of the present.
“For now, I’m in Paris. Everyone knows you have to have a reflection at the end of the season. We’ll talk about the objectives of the club and of me personally.
“Right now, I try to be professional. I try to work to win my place and to have playing time.
“We’ll see how the season will finish. Afterwards, there will be a reflection.”
