The Gunners are keeping an eye on the defender, who is the brother of Romelu Lukaku

Arsenal are considering a summer bid for Jordan Lukaku.

According to reports from the Express, the Gunners have been watching the defender in action for Belgian side KV Oostende all season and like what they have seen from him.

Arsene Wenger has increased the scouting of him in the last few weeks and it is now believed that they are beginning to prepare a move for him.

Could spell the end for Gibbs

He has impressed in Belgium with some superb performances throughout this campaign, so much so that he has even earned two caps for his national team (Belgium) this year.

Now, it looks like Jordan – who is the brother of Everton striker Romelu Lukaku – could be joining his brother in the Premier League.

It could spell the end of Kieran Gibbs’ time at the Emirates Stadium though, with the left-back having struggled to get much first-team action with Arsenal this season.

With the potential arrival of Lukaku – and with Monreal already the current first-choice left-back – it pushes him further down the pecking order and he may have to leave in summer to find regular gametime again.
