Arsenal have been handed a triple fitness boost with the news that Jack Wilshere, Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Debuchy could all be in line for a return against Liverpool.

The Gunners have a week break now due to international duty and aren’t in action until the first weekend of April, giving the trio a chance to return.

The three are all back in first-team training and will continue to train whilst other teammates are away with their countries, but Arsene Wenger is hopeful that they could be up for selection when Brendan Rodgers’ side comes to the Emirates.

Wilshere has been missing for four months now after undergoing ankle surgery, whilst Debuchy has been out with a shoulder injury since early January.

As for Arteta, he’s missed the majority of the season due to a calm injury.
