Pedro is set to leave the Nou Camp at the end of the season and it is reported that he wants a Premier League switch.
Arsenal have joined the race to sign the player and have been strongly linked with him during the last few months.
Reports in Spain say that Arsenal and Inter Milan are keen on signing the player but Pedro would prefer England over Italy.
Wenger is known to be a fan of the 27 year old and is ready to pay the estimated £26million pound to bring him to the Emirates.
