Antoine Griezmann has once again insisted that he has not been in contact with PSG, alerting Arsenal and Manchester United who have been targeting the winger.
Griezmann is having a remarkable season for Real Sociedad, scoring 20 goals in all competitions for the Spanish club. He was also given his international debut for France as they beat Holland 2-0 in a friendly earlier this year and is almost certain going to be in the France world cup squad.
The Frenchman told Canal Plus: “Interest of PSG in me? I do not know anything nor have I had any contact. I want to finish the season well at Real Sociedad and play in Europe next season.
“We always like when big clubs are interested in you, but we’ll see what can happen. I do not have any preferences.”
Griezemann has only 2 years remaining on his current contract and reports suggest Arsene Wenger is willing to spend around £22 million for the Frenchman’s services. His desire to play in Europe might tempt him away from Spain if Sociedad fail to qualify for Europe this season.
