Could Elseid Hysaj be heading to the Emirates?
Arsenal are reportedly planning a bid for Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj.
Arsene Wenger is keen on the 22-year-old and has been hugely impressed by Hysaj’s displays in Serie A.
However, the Arsenal boss faces competition from Manchester United and Chelsea who are also monitoring him.
Arsenal have upped their interest and made a £15m (€19m) offer for the Albanian international.
They also say both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are eyeing the defender.
Wenger is desperate to bolster his defensive options and believes Hysaj could do a job at either full-back position.
