Vidal had already agreed personal terms with Arsenal, according to earlier reports but Feler claims the deal is done.
The 28-year-old has just helped Juventus to seal a fourth consecutive Serie A title however he might welcome the fresh challenge after winning all possible silverware this season.
Vidal’s move is “fully closed” according to Feler, who believes the influence of his Chilean team-mate Alexis Sanchez will be the deciding factor in his move.
Former Premier League interest
Manchester United nearly landed Vidal last summer but the move never happened after manager Louis Van Gaal was concerned about his knee injury sustained before the last World Cup.
Arsenal were also linked with the Chilean last summer but it was Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool who emerged as front runners as they were identifying possible replacements for Steven Gerrard.
However, Arsene Wenger seems to be favourite to land the Juventus ace with Sanchez sharing the same agent which simplifies the process of approaching the player.
Juventus transfer plans
The bianconeri will reportedly pave the way for Vidal to leave, with the club keen to raise funds for a summer spending spree.
Another in-demand midfielder – Paul Pogba – will remain at Juventus for another year until Barcelona swoop for the 22-year-old after their transfer ban has been lifted in 2016.
