David Ospina, Lukas Podolski, Mathieu Flamini and Joel Campbell all listed

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is ready to sell four first-team players from his squad this summer with David Ospina, Lukas Podolski, Mathieu Flamini and Joel Campbell all expected to depart.

As reported yesterday, The Gunners have already released five players, with Abou Diaby the most notable casualty, but according to reports today, Wenger is ready to chop a further four from his squad.

A special feature was published earlier today by SillySeason, looking into five potential departures from the Emirates Stadium, and unsurprisingly, four of the five have been listed.

Ospina Out

Ospina is expected to depart the club this summer, despite joining just last year, after Petr Cech‘s arrival from Chelsea was confirmed earlier this week.

The Colombian has been linked with a move to Turkey or a return to France, with Fenerbache and Marseille both interested in signing the 26-year-old.

Flamini Out

As well as Opsina, it’s looking likely that midfielder Flamini will also be shown the door in North London, ending his return to the club.

Flamini initially left Arsenal back in 2008 in order to join Italian side, AC Milan, however, he then returned to England and Arsenal in 2013 and has gone on to make 50 Premier League appearances since.

However, with Francis Coquelin‘s development this season and a new midfielder expected to arrive, Flamini’s future at the Emirates is certainly in danger.

Forward Duo Out

The last two expected to depart are forwards Campbell and Podolski.

The duo were both sent out on loan in January, with Campbell going to La Liga side Villarreal and Podolski joining Serie A outfit Inter Milan.

Both wide-forwards fell down the pecking order after Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez arrived last summer, and with another forward expected to join this year, their futures are expected to be away from England.

For Podolski, a move to Turkey looks all-but done after he was spotted arriving at Galatasaray.
