Arsene Wenger wants to sign Everton full back Seamus Coleman, if current full back Bacary Sagna snubs a neal deal, as reports suggest the Frenchman is on the move to Paris Saint Germain, as Wenger plans for the future.

Wenger wants Sagna to sign a new deal, with the FIFA World Cup in Brazil on the horizon, as Sagna will become a free agent in the summer, and with Europe’s top sides chasing the Arsenal full back, Wenger will be at a catch 22, to either build for the future, or retain his prized defender.

Coleman, who has been in some superb form for Everton this season, has recently signed a new long term deal with the Toffees as Roberto Martinez looks to keep his squad the way it is, with a whole host of players including Leighton Baines and Ross Barkley linked with moves away from Goodison.

Wenger admires Coleman’s skills and non-stop running, but would still rather keep Sagna than splash out on a replacement.
But he will be unsure weather to sell the French full back, as Everton’s asking price may be to high from Arsenal’s general valuation of the player himself.

Arsenal have also been interested in Belgium’s top goalscorer Michy Batshuayi.

The Under-21 star has struck 12 times this season to send Standard Liege top of the league.

Batshuayi, 20, is rated at ÂŁ5million and could yet break into the Belgium senior squad before the World Cup finals in Brazil next summer.

Edin Dzeko has also been linked with a move to the Emirates, whilst Emmanual Frimpong and Ryo Miyaichi look set to exit the club after both failing to make an impact at the club, with both players spending loan spells at various different clubs over the last few season’s.
