Carlo Ancelotti admitted this week that the Madrid youth academy product – who scored eight league goals in 23 appearances last term – was seeking a move away from the club in a bid to play more regularly.

Several sides are thought to be interested in securing the 21-year-old’s services in the coming months including Juventus, Inter Milan, Wolfsburg and the Gunners.

However, the clubs would have to pay £24m for the forward, although Real would entertain offers between £14m and £20m if the buying team includes a buy-back option, according to Spanish newspaper AS.

The clause would allow the Spanish giants to re-sign Morata at any point in the next two years for the initial transfer fee plus 30 percent extra.

With it looking likely that Los Blancos will part with the highly-rated youngster this summer, Ancelotti has identified Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke and Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku as potential replacements for Morata.
