With Diego Costa seemingly on his way to Chelsea this summer, Atletico have just added to the speculation with reports coming from Spanish newspaper AS claiming that the La Liga leaders have offered Sanstos £10.6 million for the Brazil man, who only joined the club from Internacional 6 months ago.
This will only added to the speculation linking Diego Costa with a move to Chelsea as it is believed Chelsea are preparing a £32 million bid for the Spain international with Jose Mourinho keen to add some fire power to his ranks.
Damiao has scored 9 times for Brazil at senior and under-23 level and has been previously linked with Tottenham Hotspur in recent years under the managerial stints of both Harry Redknapp and Andre Villas Boas.
