Chelsea and Newcastle are both eyeing up moves for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Borussia Dortmund man could be on his way out of the club, with reports in France claiming he has been told he can leave the club.
With the player himself unhappy that he can’t consistently nail down a starting place, both Chelsea and Newcastle are ready to swoop in and offer him a way out. The Magpies desperately want a striker, while Chelsea have been interested for a while as they too look to beef up their strikeforce.
It could cost either club just £6m as there is a reported release clause worth that much in his contract.
