Cesar Azpilicueta is unconcerned about Chelsea’s search for a new left back, amid the impending departure of Filipe Luis.
Boss Jose Mourinho revealed yesterday that the club are looking for a replacement for Luis, who is set to leave Stamford Bridge after just one season.
“In this moment we need a left-back because I think we are selling Filipe Luis now or tomorrow,” the Portuguese said, with Luis heavily linked with a return to Atletico Madrid.
Azpilicueta is expecting the Blues to sign another quality full back, and admits he will have to fight hard to keep his place in the first team.

“At great clubs like Chelsea you have competition in all positions and you have to fight every day for your place,” the Spain international said.
“Obviously I will have competition, as always, and I will try my best to play as much as possible.”
Speaking of Filipe’s departure, the Spain international added:
“They made a decision, and if it’s official I wish him the best of luck and will follow him for sure.”
