The Lyon striker who is often called ‘Baby Drogba’ seems to be on the move this transfer window.
The 27 year old claims that he soon could be leaving Lyon, with the likes of Swansea and Aston Villa linked with the French international.
Gomis recently stated “I will very soon be in Lyon to sort out my future. Lyon does not want to keep me but I will find a new home like I did when I left St Etienne.”
According to ‘The Sun’, Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert is very interested in The French striker and sees him as the perfect man to replace soon to be departing Christian Benteke.
The Sun also suggested that the fee for Gomis would be in the region of £7million, a cut price fee due to him being in the final year of his contract at Lyon.
