The Catalan giants have reportedly offered ÂŁ64m for the Frenchman

Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Paul Pogba, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Spanish side and Pogba‘s current club Juventus have reportedly held talks over a deal and a fee of ÂŁ57m – with a further ÂŁ7m in add-ons – has been agreed.

The deal wouldn’t go through this summer, it would instead happen in summer 2016, when Barca have their current transfer embargo lifted.

Man City willing to pay ÂŁ71m

Juve are believed to prefer keeping him for at least another season, hence why they are happy to do business with the Catalan giants.

Manchester City were reportedly willing to pay up to ÂŁ71m for the 22-year old, while Chelsea and Manchester United have also been linked with moves.

However, with Juventus prefer to do business with Barcelona and with the La Liga side prepared to pay close to ÂŁ65m in total, it looks like he could be on his way to the Nou Camp next summer.
