Barcelona have confirmed Arsenal’s and Liverpool’s interest in signing forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Premier League duo are the favourites to land the player, with both set to table bids worth around £30 million or so.
Barcelona chairman Zubizarreta has stated that enquires from several top European clubs have been made for the 25 year old.
Sanchez himself enjoyed an impressive World Cup with Chile, and certainly put himself in the shop window, having been frozen outof the Barcelona squad.
“Regarding the future of Alexis Sanchez, there have been offers for the player,” the 52-year-old said.
“But I do not know how it will all end – we are looking for a solution which will be best for everyone.”
Barcelona have stated that they are willing to let Sanchez leave for £30 million in a swap deal involving disgraced striker Luis Suarez.
