Bayern Munich CEO Uli Hoeness has said that defender Jerome Boateng’s situation at the club is a 50-50. Boateng has been linked to a move away from Bayern for some time now.

Reports suggest that PSG are not interested in signing Boateng having already signed Thilo Kehrer from Schalke. However, Hoeness said that a deal is on the cards.

Hoeness said, “Only Paris is an option, if they pay accordingly, then we will deal with it. If they do not, he will stay with us and then everything is OK. I would say the odds are 50-50.

The defender joined Bayern Munich from Manchester City in 2011 and has played 259 matches for the club so far, scoring 8 goals. However, the 29-year old has been struggling with his form and fitness with the club. He also had a disappointing World Cup campaign where he was sent off against Sweden.
