Borussia Dortmund centre forward Robert Lewandowski has finally completed his move to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, agreeing a five year deal at the Allianz Arsena.

The Polish striker will sign for the club in the summer after his contract at Dortmund has expired, a pre contract agreement was confirmed earlier this week, with the deal going through today.

Reports in German national Newspaper Bild claim that the giant Pole will earn €11million-per-year at the Allianz Arena, after tax.

The striker has six months left on his deal at Dortmund, and it meant that he could sign a pre contract agreement with any club.

Lewandowski snubbed some of Europe’s top clubs to join Prp Guardiola’s Bayern revelution at the Allianz, with the likes of Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, PSG and Manchester City keeping tabs on the Dortmund striker.

Lewandowski hasn’t let persistent talk of a move away affect his form for Dortmund though, netting 11 goals in 17 Bundesliga appearances this season, as he has helped Dortmind to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.

He will join the likes of Ajen Robben, Frank Ribary and company as Bayern are odd’s on to claim yet another Bundesliga title.

Dortmund have since slipped away from the Bundesliga title race, with Klopp’s side now sitting in fourth.

Dortmund sold winger Mario Gotze in similar circumstances.
